Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order email us at support@makemycraft.com. The order cancellation depends on whether the product has gone under production or been dispatched. In case the order has not gone under production or been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund the entire amount. The amount will be refunded in your bank account within 15 days.

Return Policy

We accept returns under two situations – the product is delivered in damaged condition or the product do not match with the description i.e. not according to your order.

If your package appears damaged, and upon opening it if you find the artifact damaged, call us at +91 9928093479 / email us immediately at support@makemycraft.com . Also send us images of the work with close ups of the damaged portion(s).

Product must be unused, should not have any signs of wear & tear and should have all tags intact. It should be properly packed in same condition and in same packaging you have received at the time of delievery. You need to affix our logistics partner’s Air Way Bill sent by us to you though email. If we receive the parcel with improper packaging then we shall not accept it.. The cost of returning damaged items will have to borne by you initially. Upon receiving the damaged items and confirming that they have been damaged in transit, we will refund the cost of your shipping the items back to us.

Upon receipt of the item(s), if you find that they do not match the description , please inform us within 24 hours of such receipt. You may call us at +91 9928093479 or email us at support@makemycraft.com. Please provide us your order number, invoice number & consignment number of the courier’s airway bill. Please bear in mind that these are handcrafted products made by individual artisans which can cause slight variations. The resolution on your screen can impact the color/shade dimension too.

In case you desire a replacement, please ship the item(s) back in the original packing materials and container. As soon as we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they are in good condition, your originally ordered item(s) will be shipped to you at no extra charge. The cost of returning wrongly shipped items will have to borne by you initially. Upon receiving the returned items in good condition, we will refund the cost of your shipping.
