We accept returns under two situations – the product is delivered in damaged condition or the product do not match with the description i.e. not according to your order. If your package appears damaged, and upon opening it if you find the artifact damaged, call us at +91 9928093479 / email us immediately at support@makemycraft.com. Also send us images of the work with close ups of the damaged portion(s). Customers are requested to kindly go through the detailed Return Policy at the bottom of the page.
